I talked with Christina today and got many helpful comments on the scoping phase. In this phase, the good way is to make a list of every viewpoint of all my thoughts, no matter the ideas are from users or mine. After I have these raw data, I can start to sort and rank them. The valuable issue will be emerging thought time. I am looking forward to entering the user research phase! In the afternoon, i took the reserved book “Fashionable Technology” from the DKDS library, it is a 5 stars introduction book with clear category and many good projects with keywords helping people to conduct further research easily.
